You can also call into the office and pay by phone or we can take your payment at the Town Hall. There is a small fee for this service charged by the website used to take the payments. This fee is 3% of the amount you are paying. As always please take advantage of our dropbox for after hours payments!
Your Utility Bill is due on the 15th of every month. If not received on the 15th there will be a 10% penalty applied to your account. If your bill has not been paid by 9 a.m. the morning of the 21st you will be disconnected. If the 21st happens to fall on a Friday or during the weekend then disconnection will happen on Monday or the next business day. There will then be a $75 reconnect fee to get your utilities turned back on. Click below for more payment information!
Trustee Information
If you are in need of assistance paying your bill, please fill out the application below and email the completed application to the Town Trustee, Jayne Lough at jal.30@outlook.com. If you are unable to email the application then you will be able to drop it off at the Town Hall.
Important!
Please make sure that we have your most current contact information at the Town Hall.
If you are moving to the Darlington area and need to sign up for utilities you may do so at the Town Hall. We will also need a copy of your drivers license, and a $300 deposit which will need to be paid before your services can begin. If paying online please just make a note that it is for your utility deposit and use the account #000000.
If you are coming in to the office to start your utilities and you are moving within town limits please see the post office first to get your post office box started up.
If you are moving out we will need you to come in and sign a release. This is important so that we are able to send you deposit back once your final bills are paid.
